Licensing and Delivery: Byteworx FMEA software is licensed on a per-machine basis. Software delivery is by electronic download from our secure site, so an Internet connection is necessary.
Support and Maintenance: Your purchase includes 90 days of support and maintenance, which entitles you to receive any and all software updates during that time, and to full technical support by e-mail. Beyond the 90 days, you may also purchase Annual Support and Maintenance for a modest fee.
Michigan Sales Tax: Please note that 6% Michigan sales/usage tax will be charged on all sales to Michigan locations.
Method of Payment: Pre-payment in full is required on all orders. We accept payment by:
